This is said perfectly! You are who you choose to be! Dont beat yourself up because you made a mistake or had a bad day.  Dont let life get you down. Learn from each situation that is brought to you (good or bad). Everything is a lesson, a steping stool to get to something greater but it all depends on how you look at it. Be postitive, stay motivated and pick up those running shoes! Life is definately what you make it and the length of you struggle depends on You and only YOU!
